IQAC- POLICY

The main objective of Sanketika Vidya Parishad Engineering College is to an accurate policy and system to enhance the quality of education in the fields of engineering and management with a commitment to ongoing student improvement in terms of technical knowledge, personality development, and career advancement to meet the needs of the society by exhibiting ethical and moral values.

Functions of IQAC

Internal Quality Assurance Cell has been established in SANKETIKA VIDYA PARISHAD ENGINEERING COLLEGE with the responsibility to promote quality assurance and ensure quality of teaching and learning through:

1. Facilitating academic, administrative and financial tasks performed on time in a structured manner.
2. Establishing a learner-centered environment that supports high-quality education by selecting academic and research programs with practical relevance.
3. Participatory teaching and learning techniques using the appropriate technology and knowledge.
4. Arrangerment for feedback response from students, parents and other stake holders on quality related institutional process.
5. Performing an annual cycle of self-review and action planning to faster continuous improvement of faculty performance through departmental Faculty Development Programs.
6. Organizing seminars, conferences, and workshops between and within institutions.

7.Maintaining quality benchmarks/parameters for the various academic activities like training students to face interviews.

IQAC Roles and Responsibilities

The prime responsibility of IQAC is to initiate, plan and supervise various activities that are necessary to increase the quality of the education imparted in an institution or college.

• Ensuring timely, efficient and progressive performance of academic, administrative and financial tasks.
• The relevance and quality of academic and research programmes.
• Equitable access to and affordability of academic programmes for various sections of society.
• Optimization and integration of modern methods of teaching and learning.
• The credibility of evaluation procedures.
• Ensuring the adequacy, maintenance and proper allocation of support structure and services.
• Sharing of research findings and networking with other institutions in India and abroad.
• To keep track of the departments that are accredited by the NBA and ensure that those departments maintain the standards of the NBA.
• To complete the NBA-pre qualifier every year for the departments not accredited by the NBA and notify the principal and CDC when any department becomes eligible for accreditation.
